Software for small nonprofits and community groups that run on volunteers.
Small nonprofits and community groups run on volunteers, not on an IT budget. Golbi gives your board and members one shared workspace for membership, member-only pages, events, dues, and the public site — so the operation no longer lives in one person's spreadsheet and logins.
One place for the public website, private admin work, and safer member workflows.
The work usually breaks across too many tools.
It all lives in one person's head
The member list, the dues sheet, the forms, and the website logins sit with one volunteer. When they step down, the group's memory walks out the door with them.
Members and files are scattered
Contacts are in a spreadsheet, files are in a personal drive, and updates go out over a group text nobody can search. Members can't find what they need on their own.
Dues get chased by hand
Who has paid and who still owes lives in a shared sheet too many people can open — so private balances end up visible to the whole group.
A sample community-group site for review.
Use the demo to walk your board, members, and volunteers through the steps before moving real member, household, dues, or file data into the workspace.
Have a group-specific setup?
Ask about membership records, member-only pages, events with RSVPs, dues tracking, volunteer sign-ups, or handing the group off to next year's board.
One workspace for the group.
Know which tools work now.
What works now, what is planned, and what Golbi does not do.
We only list what's actually live today. If something says Planned, it isn't ready yet. Restricted means no plan includes it — we turn it on for one organization at a time, by hand, after a conversation. We'd rather under-promise and get it right for your members.
Golbi is the operating layer, not your fundraising or accounting system.
Golbi keeps your group's membership, dues records, events, files, and public site in one shared workspace. It is not a fundraising or accounting platform. Online donation and fundraising checkout is not enabled, and neither is in-person card (point-of-sale) selling — dues collection uses your group's own connected payment account, with your organization as the merchant of record. Golbi does no bookkeeping, ledgers, or accounting reconciliation, and it makes no grant-management claims — keep the grant and accounting tools you use today. Volunteer sign-ups here are event-slot sign-ups; screening, background checks, and hour logging belong to our restricted volunteer management program and are not enabled on this page.
Give your group one shared place to work.
Set up the basics now and bring your team in when you are ready.
