Start with the basics. Add more when your group needs it.
Golbi helps with public pages, forms, contacts, dues, files, and checklists. Pricing should be clear before you move a roster or invite your board.
Clear plans, clear billing notice, and no surprise payment rules.
Free to start while Golbi opens to more groups.
Early access
Golbi does not have fixed paid plans on this page yet. First, we want early clubs, teams, and nonprofits to test the main tools: website, forms, contacts, dues, files, and checklists.
Likely plans
Pricing should fit how groups work. Small volunteer groups need an easy start. Larger programs may need more staff seats, storage, web addresses, and admin tools.
Know what pricing can and cannot cover yet.
What works now, what is planned, and what Golbi does not do.
We keep this list careful on purpose. Do not tell members, parents, board members, or sponsors that a planned tool is ready until it is live in Golbi.
Need pricing context before setup?
Ask about your group type, roster size, dues setup, storage needs, or admin roles before you create a group.
Pricing should be plain about limits.
Dues are tracked, not processed
Golbi tracks dues, but it does not take payments yet. Your group still uses its own Venmo, checks, cash, bank transfer, or payment account.
Planned modules are labeled
Events, messages, fundraising, sponsor tracking, and member portals are planned. They should not be priced as live until they are ready.
Operational cost matters
Storage, email volume, custom web addresses, and future payment tools can change cost. Golbi should make those costs clear.
Notice matters
Early groups should get clear notice before billing starts, plans change, or planned tools become paid add-ons.
