School clubs

Run a school club with a real roster, real signups, and a page you can share.

A school club runs on advisors, officers, members, and the parents who help. Golbi gives the club its own workspace — roster with roles, interest and application forms, a meeting calendar, announcements, and a public page — instead of a group chat and a folder of PDFs.

Common problems

A club's records usually live in one officer's account.

The roster is a group chat and a sign-up sheet

Advisors, officers, and members are scattered across a chat thread, a paper sheet, and someone's phone. Nobody can say who is actually in the club.

Interest forms go to a personal inbox

New students fill out a form that lands in one student's email, so responses get lost and the next officer starts over.

Everything resets when the officers graduate

When this year's president graduates, the meeting schedule, the constitution, and the member list leave with them.

Have a specific club to set up?

Ask about roster roles, interest or application forms, meeting RSVPs, announcements, files, guardian consent for minors, or dues where your club collects them.

Golbi fit

One setup a club can hand to next year's officers.

Build a club roster with roles: advisor, officers, members, and parent helpers.
Publish an interest or application form and review responses privately.
Keep a meeting calendar with RSVPs so members know when and where you meet.
Send announcements to the club instead of chasing a group text.
Store club files — constitutions, budgets, flyers — where the right people can find them.
Share a public club page for recruiting, without exposing a single member.
Track dues privately where your club collects them, using the method families already use.
Capture guardian consent for members who are minors, up front rather than chased later.
Privacy

Student and family details stay careful by default.

Member records are private by default — the public club page only shows what an officer publishes.
For members who are minors, guardian consent is captured up front, with guardian visibility built in.
Files, forms, and review notes are limited to the advisors and officers who need them.
Sponsors and partners never receive a student list.
Anything shared publicly about a student needs the right approval first.

We only list what's actually live today. If something says Planned, it isn't ready yet. Restricted means no plan includes it — we turn it on for one organization at a time, by hand, after a conversation. We'd rather under-promise and get it right for your members.

Honest limits

Golbi runs the club, not the school.

Golbi is not a learning management system (LMS) and does not replace your school's student information system (SIS) — grades, transcripts, and official enrollment stay where they live today. A club does not need district-level procurement to get going: it can start free, and where a club collects dues online that turns on per club with the club's own connected payment account. Golbi keeps the club's own working records; it does not sync with any official school system.

Give your school club one shared place to run the year.

Start with a public page, an interest form, a roster, or a meeting calendar.
