Golbi respects intellectual property rights. This page explains how to report claimed infringement and how the process works.
Last updated June 2, 2026. Golbi responds to clear notices of claimed copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and similar laws. If you believe content on Golbi infringes your copyright, you can send a takedown notice as described below.
How to send a takedown notice
Send your notice to dmca@golbi.app. To be effective, your notice should include the following elements:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- Identification of the infringing material and enough detail (such as a URL) for us to locate it.
- Your contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
Where to send notices
Golbi's designated copyright contact receives DMCA notices at dmca@golbi.app. We may remove or disable access to material that is the subject of a valid notice and will make a reasonable effort to notify the affected user.
If your content was removed
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to dmca@golbi.app. A counter-notice should include your signature, identification of the material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake, your contact information, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court. If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material unless the original complainant takes legal action.
Our repeat-infringer policy
Golbi may suspend or terminate the accounts of users or organizations that are determined to be repeat infringers, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion.
Updates to this policy
Golbi may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page and update the date above.
