Run your robotics or STEM team like a program, not a group chat.
Applications, guardians, forms, meeting schedules, snack crews, and a public team site in one workspace — youth-safe by default.
One place for the public website, private admin work, and safer member workflows.
FIRST/FLL/FTC/FRC coaches and mentors, chess and maker club organizers, parent coordinators, school STEM advisors.
Is this right for your group?
If you're looking at robotics team management software, FIRST team website, FLL team organization, STEM club software, chess club management, here's exactly what Golbi does today — and what's still coming — so you can decide with no surprises.
The practical promise
One place for the team's official work — from application season to competition season — with guardian consent built in.
The work is bigger than one spreadsheet.
What Golbi is designed to make easier.
A simple path from sign-up to your first win.
Start here
Publish the team site and open the application form.
Bring the work together
Review applicants privately and form teams.
Keep it moving
Run the season — schedule, forms, signups, and files in one workspace.
Close the loop
Archive the season and start the next with everything carried over.
Private by design, safe for families.
What's ready today
Golbi is independent software and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by FIRST, FIRST LEGO League, FIRST Tech Challenge, or FIRST Robotics Competition. FIRST remains your official registration system of record — youth team members register through FIRST, and Golbi does not integrate or sync with FIRST. The application intake, guardian consent, and snack and volunteer signups you set up here are in early access; your public site, forms, and team records are the parts you start with today. Golbi runs no transportation coordination and no fundraising checkout.
Use clear launch language.
What works now, what is planned, and what Golbi does not do.
We only list what's actually live today. If something says Planned, it isn't ready yet. Restricted means no plan includes it — we turn it on for one organization at a time, by hand, after a conversation. We'd rather under-promise and get it right for your members.
Keep exploring.
Turn this workflow into a working setup.
Start with one real group, one public page, one form, one roster, one dues list, or one checklist. Add bigger workflows only after the privacy gates pass.
